As long as there are tickets remaining, you are welcome to upgrade! Unfortunately, the ticketing system does not allow for direct ticket upgrades. Therefore, please email help@enchanticon.com with your order confirmation ID, and we will issue you a coupon code for the value spent on your purchase to be used towards your upgrade. Please note that your original tickets will be voided upon issuance of the coupon code.
